电话至我公司(852) 2853 8000预约，或在公司网站上下载预约表格填写后并通过电子邮件或传真发至我公司，我公司收到预约后会安排见证人为您见证开户

见证开户

填妥开户表格及协议书，并提供身份证明文件副本及住址证明副本，由专人见证, 邮寄到本公司

 

邮寄交回填妥开户表格及协议书，连同住址证明副本、身份证明副本及一张不少于港币一万元正票值并祈付"香港国际证券有限公司/香港国际期貨有限公司"的支票一并交回或寄回。 ( 该支票需由客户于香港注册银行开立的支票户口开出，及印有个人客户或联名客户在其身份证上所显示的名字， 而支票上的签名必须与客户协议书中的签名一致以供认证客户身份)。
注意：邮寄交回只适用之个人/联名客户。

个人客户需要提供的材料

  1. 身份证为必备，再加上港澳通行证或护照；身份证副本将正反两面印于一张纸上，港澳通行证或护照的副本均将证件的封皮及证件最后一页（含有照片和个人资讯）复印与一张纸上

  2. 住宅地址证明(如最近三个月内公用事业帐单或银行月结单等之副本)

  3. 香港银行户口资料(如银行名称及户口号码)

(所有副本需由会计师事务所/律师事务所/银行核证)

香港注册的公司

  • 公司注册证书核证副本 (Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation)

  • 公司章程及任何修改章程的特别股东决议核证副本 (Memorandum & Articles of Association or Other Constitutional Documents)

  • 商业登记证核证副本 (Business Registration Certificate)

  • 周年申报表及受委任的档核证副本(Annual Return and Form ND2A - Notice of Change of Company Sectary and Director)

  • 所有董事股东 授权签字人 , 授权交易人士 , 拥有百份之十或以上之公司最终权益拥有人之身份证明文件签署及核证副本 以及住址证明核证副本(Certified true copy of Signed Identity proof of All Director, Authorized Persons,Authorized Trading Persons, the individuals who hold 10% or more the ultimate beneficial interest of the Company, and Certified true copy of Signed address proof.)

  • 有关开设户口之董事议决(Board Resolution for Account Opening)

  • 公司結構圖 (Chart of Company Structure)

  • 银行帐户证明: 提供最近 3 个月的银行结单银行卡副本 (Bank Account Proof: Copy of bank account statement /bank card within the last 3 months）

  • 公司注册证书核证副本 (Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation)

  • 公司章程及任何修改章程的特别股东决议核证副本 (Memorandum & Articles of Association or Other Constitutional Documents)

  • 董事签字声明的有关拥有权的图表/公司结构图 (Group chart/Company Structure chart on ownership signed by the director)

  • 所有董事, 股东, 授权签字人, 授权交易人士, 拥有百份之十或以上之公司最终权益拥有人之身份证明文件签署及核证副本, 以及住址证明核证副本(Certified true copy of Signed Identity proof of All Director, Authorized Persons, Authorized Trading Persons, the individuals who hold 10% or more the ultimate beneficial interest of the Company, and Certified true copy of Signed address proof)
