Open Account Process

Steps of Account Opening

First Step:
Consultation

You can contact us through any of the following ways, we will explain to you in detail.

Second Step:
Sign the Contract

Customer proposes to account opening and submits the required documents. The marketing staffs disclose transaction risk, explain account contracts, and guide customers to sign a contract to open an account.

Third Step:
Notification of successful account opening

After Contract approved, staffs will inform the customer the completion of account opening via email or letter. Account numbers, Deposit accounts will be informed to customers.

Fourth Step:
Deposit

After getting trading account, customers can apply for deposit procedures. If you have a local Hong Kong bank account, you can transfer to your trading account. The mainland bank account can use telegraph transfer.

Ways of Account Opening

Online Account Opening

Client can use the mobile to apply an account online. Client need to prepare identity documents, address proof and Hong Kong bank documents and follow each step, the entire application can be completed in about ten minutes.

After completing the account opening, you will receive a deposit email from Our Customer Service Department.

Client must transfer no less than HKD10,000 from the registered bank account to our bank account and send the transfer certificate to our Customer Service Department.

Directly on Company

Open an account via head office directly

By Phone Appointment

Make an appointment through telephone, or download and complete the booking form from the website and send it back by e-mail or fax. The company will arrange a representative to help the account opening

By Witnessing

Return the completed forms and documents by mail. Required documents: Completed account forms and agreement; A Copy of Identity proof ; Proof of residential address; A cheque of not less than HK$10,000 payable to our company.The cheque should be issued by a licensed bank in Hong Kong and bearing the client’s name as shown in his identity document. The signature should be the same as that at the account opening documents.

Individual Account

ID card is a must, plus Hong Kong or Macao passport; copy of both sides of ID card on one piece of paper; copy of "Exit-entry Permit" including personal information page and the cover page on one piece of paper and copy of the page where latest entry and exit stamps
Proof of residential address such as public utilities bill and bank statement
Bank account information such as bank name and account number.

Copies of the following documents shall be checked and signed by CPA / Law Firm / Bank

For Hong Kong registered company

Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum & Articles of Association or Other Constitutional Documents
Business Registration Certificate
Annual Return and Form ND2A - Notice of Change of Company Sectary and Director
Certified true copy of Signed Identity proof of All Director, Authorized Persons,Authorized Trading Persons, the individuals who hold 10% or more the ultimate beneficial interest of the Company, and Certified true copy of Signed address proof
Board Resolution for Account Opening
Chart of Company Structure
Bank Account Proof: Copy of bank account statement /bank card within the last 3 months

For companies registered at British Virgin Islands or other oversea places

Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum & Articles of Association or Other Constitutional Documents
Group chart/Company Structure chart on ownership signed by the director
Certified true copy of Signed Identity proof of All Director, Authorized Persons, Authorized Trading Persons, the individuals who hold 10% or more the ultimate beneficial interest of the Company, and Certified true copy of Signed address proof.
Board Resolution for Account Opening
Bank Account Proof: Copy of a bank account statement /bank card within the last 3 months
Appropriate documents showing the current list of shareholder(s) and Director(s) (e.g. Register of Directors and Register of Members);
Specimen signature of the Directors & authorized signatories
Certificate of Incumbency (The issue date is within the last 6 months)
