When client deposits into our bank account, the deposit certificate (such as bank cheque and deposit slip, etc.) can be submitted through the following channels:
1.    E-mail to our Customer Service Department – hkics@hkifsgroup.com;
2.    Fax to (+852) 2815 5652;
3.    WHATSAPP* to (+852) 6468 8458.

* Client must use the registered mobile phone number to submit the deposit certificate. This number is only used by client to submit bank cheques, deposit slips and deposit certificates.

Important notes：
1.    We do not accept any third-party deposits (including: cheques, remittances, transfers and cash deposits). All deposits must be from the client's own registered bank account.
2.    Please clearly write account number and account name on the deposit slip, and submit the deposit certificate through the above channels.
3.    Client must provide additional deposit certificate if the deposit certificate cannot show all the information.
4.    Our cut-off time of receipts of payments will be by 2:00 p.m. in each day. Any receipts after 2:00 p.m. will be regarded as next day's process.
